Matthew Bryan-Amaning Wins League Title in Japan

Matthew Bryan-Amaning has added yet another piece of silverware to his collection after leading Fukuoka Rising to the Division 3 title in Japan.

The GB forward, who turns 29 in a few days, adds the league title to playoff Championships in Mexico and Argentina as well as the Pro-B title in France after a late stint in 2014 helped Boulogne secure promotion.

Bryan-Amaning finished with 17 points on 7-of-11 shooting along with six rebounds and three assists in 22 minutes of his side’s title-clinching 107-74 win over Tokyo HT this morning.

It was a 50th league game of the season for MBA, who has averages of 16.7 points, 7.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.3 blocks in just 23 minutes per game.

A sixth season as a pro is wrapped up tomorrow as Fukuoka round out their campaign with another game against Tokyo HT, looking to add to their 45 league wins.
